Tomorrow's comics, Tomorrow!

Back from a short notice trip to San Diego for Comic Con and Trickster. Despite a lot of stress in my personal life I had a really great trip full of amazing experiences. I tend to give San Diego a lot of flack for the crowds and sensory overload, but you guys have no clue what you did for me this weekend. Thank you all.

In other news: tomorrow (July 18th)I'll have two new projects on stands. The first of which is WOLVERINE #309-

WOLV309-15-LG

It's an oversized, stand alone story written by Ivan Brandon, the first half of which features art by American Vampire/Batman's Rafael Albuquerque and color by Invincible's John Rauch. I stepped in on the back half of the issue and provided about 20 pages of art and color. It's also got a great cover by the super talented Esad Ribic.

The other story out tomorrow is UNTOLD TALES OF THE PUNISHER (MAX) #2.

PUNMAX_WILLUMSEN_10

I wrote this stand alone story about Frank Castle vs. The Dixie Mafia and it features art by the amazingly talented Connor Willumsen. No preview, but you can check out Connor's great web comics HERE .

So I hope you'll give those a look and please spread the word if you like them. More soon...

  3. The Punisher story was superb, great find on Connor Willumsen is a shame that the Marvel page has Karee Andrews listed as the artist. I can not wait to see more work by him. And I guess the writing wasn't too bad either. :)
